LEMON COOKIE CRUMB PARFAIT
Ingredients
8-10 Lemon Burst Cookies, crushed into crumbs 1 packet Tropical Paradise Dip & Dessert Mix 1 brick (250 g) cream cheese, softened 3 cups Cool Whip, divided 1 ½ cups fresh mango or pineapple 6 small dessert glasses
Instructions
In a bowl mix softened cream cheese with Tropical Paradise Dip & Dessert Mix. Add 2 cups Cool Whip and mix until well combined; set aside. Divide ¾ of the cookie crumbs equally among dessert glasses. Next spoon the cream cheese dessert mixture into the cups, top with diced mango or pineapple. Top with remaining Cool Whip, crumbs and add a mint garnish (optional).
